- Agreement refers to this Terms of Service document and any Service Agreement signed by both parties.
- Property refers to the Client’s residential or commercial location where services are performed.
Service Agreements
- Scope of Services:
Turf Management Systems offers a range of services, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, landscaping, hardscape installation, tree trimming, and irrigation system installation. The exact services provided will be detailed in the Service Agreement signed by the Client and the Company. - Service Scheduling:
- Services will be scheduled based on availability and mutually agreed-upon timelines.
- Turf Management Systems reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any changes promptly.
- Service Modifications:
- Any adjustments to the scope of work must be requested in writing by the Client and approved by Turf Management Systems.
- Additional fees may apply for changes in service.
Liability and Warranty
- Limitation of Liability:
- Turf Management Systems will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- The Company is not liable for damage to underground utilities, unforeseen property conditions, or natural elements affecting the outcome of services unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement.
- Service Warranty:
- We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we must be notified within 48 hours after service completion. We will, at our discretion, either re-perform the service or provide a partial refund.
Client Responsibilities
- Access:
The Client is responsible for providing access to the property as agreed in the Service Agreement. Gates, driveways, or other access points must be unlocked during service hours. - Pets and Safety:
The Client is responsible for securing pets and ensuring the safety of children or visitors during the times services are performed. - Preparation:
The Client agrees to remove obstacles such as outdoor furniture, toys, or other items that may interfere with the completion of services.
Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership:
All materials, designs, and strategies provided by Turf Management Systems are the property of the Company and may not be replicated or redistributed without written permission. - Website Use:
The content and materials available on our website remain the intellectual property of Turf Management Systems and are protected by copyright law.
Changes to Terms
Turf Management Systems reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify Clients of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in the courts within Jefferson County, Alabama.
